塘梅银站是2023深圳远足径跑山训练赛的第四站，将在2023年7月30日举行，比赛将横跨深圳塘朗山郊野公园、梅林山公园和银湖山郊野公园，奔跑在山脊线上俯瞰深圳城市最宏伟壮丽的一面，其中将设置双人接力组，由两名选手合作并在CP2梅坳入口进行接力完成全程赛道。
