60KM组线路 飞天山风景区东大门广场（起点）→大面洲→飞天山大桥→雅江→王家坪→马皇丘停车场→寨背→高坪→神仙寨→瓦窑坪→硚新抻瓦窑坪旅游区→唐家冲→马皇丘大峡谷→尹家→高椅岭村→丫界垅→坳上→雄鹰营地→唐垅仙→龙口上→黄泥滩（东朝湾）→宝丰庵→七宝湾→铁鼎寨→鸭婆岭→周家→漆家坳上→喻家寨→冯家→两江口大桥→岭背→老虎寨→飞天山景区→飞天山风景区东大门广场（终点） 全程61.23KM，其中硬化路面约15.51KM，田埂、土路、石板混合路面约45.72KM，最高海拔 293M，最低海拔100M，累计爬升2555M。 站点设置： 1.起点（飞天山风景区东大门广场）到CP1/补水点（马皇丘（停车场） 此段共计5.14km，上升44m，下降67m。 出发后2.4公里为公路，路边有自行车道，跑起来比较舒服。2.4公里后过了飞天山大桥，转入雅江村至王家坪，其中路段多为田埂加机耕道路全长1.67公里，到达水仙楼酒店附近。沿飞天山景区旅游战备路700米到达CP1。 2.CP1/补水点（马皇丘（停车场）至CP2/补水点（瓦窑坪） 此段共计8.11km，上升389m，下降362m。 CP1（马皇丘）开始上山，有明显的石台阶路面，沿山脊线走1.08公里回路过一个休息亭。过休息亭以后1.33公里进入村庄，在村庄内行进156米会有一段1.66公里的水泥路面会比较好行进。到一幢房屋之后就要上山在山间行进778米会路过飞天山石佛寺。然后沿水泥路到达硚新抻进入山路，1.1公里后到达CP2/补水点。 3. CP2/补水点（瓦窑坪）到CP3/SP1（马皇丘） 此段共计7.31km，上升497m，下降499m。 接下来2.6公里少里水泥路上坡、再穿丛林，再到有路绳的陡坡，到达极窄的峡谷，峡谷约400米，多数时间只能单人通过，超车困难。峡谷结束，经过100米的丛林爬升，穿过两个山洞（飞天山经典景观），经过100米的下升，跑过500米田埂，到过郴州最美的公路¬——飞天山旅游战备公路。战备公路跑过2.5公里到达CP3/SP1（马皇丘）。 4. CP3/SP1（马皇丘）到达CP4/SP2（热食）雄鹰营地） 此段共计8.47km，上升361m，下降359m。 从补给点上山340米进入丛林，顺着丛林小路行进1.84到达尹家附近进入居民区，同时进入水泥道路，走过154米的水泥路面再次进入山间小路，在小路上行进2.51公里路过池塘会看见营地所立路标路牌（该路段多机耕道路），依照路标路牌指示行进2.34公里到营地小环线，594米后到雏鹰乐园，下山到达营地。(下山路段比较陡峭，需要谨慎慢行)。 5.CP4/SP2（热食）雄鹰营地）到CP5（黄泥滩） 此段共计8.39km，上升506m，下降568m。 离开营地，从后山步道行进1.24公里进入水泥路，在水泥路行进951米进入机耕道路，493米之后右转，在753米后会有一段悬崖路比较窄通过时需要注意，1.81公里后结束机耕道路左转进入一线天方向，六百多米后到达一线天，离开一线天之后六百多米进入田间小路，三百多米后进入水泥路面，1.03公里以后进入桥面路段到达CP5。 6.CP5（黄泥滩）到CP6/SP4（热食）（鸭婆岭） 此段共计8.61km，上升119m，下降222m。 这一段以田埂、土路为主，过黄泥滩大桥有少量水泥路。 多数时间在山谷中，还有一处一线天的景观。 7.CP6/SP4（热食）（鸭婆岭）到CP7/补水点（喻家寨） 此段共计5.22km，上升174m，下降136m。 从鸭婆岭离开走村庄的小路2.47公里后进入机耕道路,途中路过周家村庄，漆家坳上。1.38公里后行进至山路，其中有部分台阶，1.1公里后到达喻家寨附近。 8.CP7/补水点（喻家寨）到CP8/补水点（两江口大桥） 此段共计4.7km，上升221m，下降273m。 在这4.7公里中，田埂丛林，土路为主，从喻家寨位置向下穿行，到小路上，再到耒水位置会有一座桥为CP8。 9.CP8/补水点（两江口大桥）到终点（飞天山风景区东大门广场） 此段共计5.28km，上升244m，下降194m。 过了cp8以后上桥面沿岭背路线1.15公里后可以看到对岸的石佛寺庙，一直沿着水域边上小路行进到达新屋里。上游步道之后行进1.72公里下山进入到水泥路面，这时可全力冲刺，后面的2公里路程都是水泥路面。

Mahuangqiu Parking Lot to CP2 water station Wayaoping This section totals 8.11km ascends 389m descends 362m From CP1 Mahuangqiu begin climbing the mountain with a noticeable stone step surface following the ridge line for 1.08 kilometers to a rest pavilion After passing the rest pavilion travel 1.33 kilometers into a village where traveling 156 meters within the village leads to a stretch of 1.66 kilometers of cement road that is easier to traverse After reaching a building climb the mountain and travel 778 meters through the mountain passing the Feitian Mountain Stone Buddha Temple Then travel along the cement road to Qiaoxin Chan and enter the mountain road arriving at CP2 water station after 1.1 kilometers 3 CP2 water station Wayaoping to CP3 SP1 Mahuangqiu This section totals 7.31km ascends 497m descends 499m Next travel 2.6 kilometers on a cement road uphill then through the jungle reaching a steep slope with a rope arriving at a very narrow canyon about 400 meters long where only one person can pass at a time making overtaking difficult After the canyon ascend through 100 meters of jungle pass through two caves classic Feitian Mountain scenery descend 100 meters and run across 500 meters of ridge reaching the most beautiful road in Chenzhou the Feitian Mountain Tourist Combat Road After traveling 2.5 kilometers on the combat road arrive at CP3 SP1 Mahuangqiu 4 CP3 SP1 Mahuangqiu to CP4 SP2 hot food Eagle Camp This section totals 8.47km ascends 361m descends 359m From the supply point climb 340 meters into the jungle traveling 1.84 kilometers along a jungle path to reach near Yinjia entering a residential area while transitioning to a cement road Travel 154 meters on cement road and re-enter the mountain trail where traveling 2.51 kilometers past a pond will show the road sign for the camp this section has many farm roads Following the road sign travel 2.34 kilometers to the camp small loop after 594 meters reach the Eagle Paradise then descend to reach the camp The descent is relatively steep and requires careful slow walking 5 CP4 SP2 hot food Eagle Camp to CP5 Huangnitian This section totals 8.39km ascends 506m descends 568m Leaving the camp travel 1.24 kilometers along the back mountain trail to enter the cement road continue for 951 meters on the cement road then enter the farm road after 493 meters turning right after 753 meters where there will be a narrow cliff road requiring caution when passing After 1.81 kilometers end the farm road and turn left towards Yixiantian after 600 meters arrive at Yixiantian and after leaving Yixiantian enter a field path after more than 600 meters after more than 300 meters reach the cement road and after 1.03 kilometers enter the bridge section to reach CP5 6 CP5 Huangnitian to CP6 SP4 hot food Yapoling This section totals 8.61km ascends 119m descends 222m This segment mainly consists of ridge paths and dirt roads crossing Huangnitian Bridge with a small amount of cement road Most of the time is spent in the valley with a view of Yixiantian 7 CP6 SP4 hot food Yapoling to CP7 water station Yujiazha This section totals 5.22km ascends 174m descends 136m Leaving Yapoling after 2.47 kilometers along the village trail enter the farm road passing through Zhoujia Village and Qijia Aoshang After 1.38 kilometers arrive at the mountain road some of which have steps and after 1.1 kilometers arrive near Yujiazha 8 CP7 water station Yujiazha to CP8 water station Liangjiangkou Bridge This section totals 4.7km ascends 221m descends 273m In this 4.7 kilometers the main terrain is ridge paths and jungle moving downwards from Yujiazha reaching the small path and arriving at the bridge at Leishui position which is CP8 9 CP8 water station Liangjiangkou Bridge to the endpoint Feitian Mountain Scenic Area East Gate Square This section totals 5.28km ascends 244m descends 194m After passing CP8 ascend to the bridge along the Lingbei route for 1.15 kilometers where you can see the Stone Buddha Temple on the opposite bank continue along the small path next to the water area to reach Xinyuli After traveling 1.72 kilometers along the upstream path descend to the cement road where you can sprint with full strength as the next 2 kilometers are all cement road
